4 Steps to Reach Enlightenment

To reach Ming Xin Jian Xing, the following four sacred phrases are the process one must follow:

Jing Ding Hui Ming

Jing zhong Sheng Ding

Ding Zhong Sheng Hui

Hui Zhong Sheng Ming

Jing ding Hui Ming. Jing" means quiet. "Ding" means stillness. "Hui"means intelligence. "Ming means enlightenment. ling ding hui ming" (pronounced jing ding hway ming) means quiet, still, intelligent, enlightened.

These are the four steps to reach enlightenment.

The first step is quietness. The best way to achieve quietness is to meditate and chant Jin Dan Da Tao Xiu Lian. Put your mind on your Jin Dan. To chant Jin Dan Da Tao Xiu Lian is to invoke jing qi shen xu dao of Heaven, Mother Earth, humanity, and wan wu, including countless planets, stars, and galaxies, and all universes. Jin Dan Da Tao Xiu Lian will help you go into quietness very quickly to start forming your Jin Dan.

To chant Jin Dan Da Tao Xiu Lian is to use one thought to replace all other thoughts. Beginners sometimes say that they cannot concentrate or meditate. The root cause for most of these blockages is bad karma. Dark souls come to these people and block them from meditating. If you are in this situation, use your mind to chant Jin Dan Da Tao as much as possible. The more you chant, the more quietness will come to you. Remember to focus only on the Jin Dan. The golden light ball is forming in your lower abdomen.

If any thought comes, do not be upset. Continue to chant. The thoughts will decrease more and more. When you do this, yang qi will ascend in your body and yin qi will descend in your body. Yin yang balance will happen by itself.

The second step to reach enlightenment is given in the next phrase:

Jing Zhong Sheng Ding. "Jing zhong" means inside quietness. "Sheng" means create. "Ding"means stillness. "Jing zhong sheng ding" (pronounced Ding jawng shung ding) means stillness ones from quietness.

Stillness is going into the emptiness condition. For example, when you practice Jin Dan Da Tao Xiu Lian, you suddenly do not know where you are. Your consciousness is empty. You do not have a single thought anymore. At that moment, you have gone into stillness. That is a very important step. The more you practice, the more time you will spend in stillness. That is a vital sign of progress for your Tao Xiu Lian practice.

The third step to reach enlightenment is described by the next phrase:

Ding Zhong Sheng Hui. "Ding zhong" means inside stillness. "Sheng" means creates. "Hui" means intelligence. "Ding zhong sheng hui" (pronounced ding jawng shung hway) means intelligence comes from stillness.

When you go into the stillness or emptiness condition, your Shi Shen is no longer guiding you. Your Yuan Shen is on duty. Your Yuan Shen is Tao. Therefore, in that stillness condition, your Yuan Shen is teaching your Shi Shen. You will gain Tao wisdom, which is the highest wisdom. This is how intelligence comes from stillness.

The fourth step to reach enlightenment is:

Hui Zhong Shen Ming. "Hui zhong" means inside intelligence. "Sheng" means create. "Ming" means enlightenment. "Hui zhong sheng ming" (pronounced hway jawng shung ming) means enlightenment comes from intelligence.

As I just explained, when your reach stillness, your Yuan Shen starts to guide you and to deliver Tao wisdom. You have received wisdom from your Shi Shen, but your Shi Shen realizes It does not know enough, and that is has to Yuan Shen. Yuan Shen is your spiritual father.

This will happen as you continue the Jin Dan Da Tao practice. One day your Shi Shen will receive an "aha!" moment. Your Shi Shen will realize and recognize the wisdom and the power of Yuan Shen. Then your Shi Shen will decide that it has to learn from Yuan Shen. Your Shi Shen will want Yuan Shen to guide its life.

At that moment, you will have reached ming xin jian xing. To reach ming xin jian xing means that your Yuan Shen is formally on duty to be the boss of your soul, heart, mind, and body. At that moment, you could experience complete emptiness inside and outside of your body. The inside and outside of your body join as one. This emptiness could create light. You could feel or, for those whose Third Eye is open, see light shining both inside and outside of your body.

Tao --- The Way of All Life

The teaching of Tao is the highest teaching that Master Sha offers to humanity.
To reach Tao is the highest achievement of the spiritual journey.

Millions of people in history have heard about Tao. Many people have felt that Tao is so sacred that it is a mystery. It is very hard to understand Tao.

Lao Zi 老子, the author of Tao De Jing 道德经, explained the essence of Tao, said: Tao Ke Tao 道可道, Fei Chang Tao 非常道Pronounced dow kuh dow, fay chahng dow, this means to use words to explain Tao and to use thoughts to comprehend Tao is not the true Tao.

Lao Zi said, Shang Shan Ruo Shui 上善若水Shang Shan means highest kindness. It refers to Tao. Ruo means just like. Shui means water. Shang Shan Ruo Shui (pronounced shahng shahn rwaw shway) means highest kindness (Tao) is just like water.

You may think that if Tao can be explained in words. How can we explain Tao? That is what Lao Zi taught in the Tao De Jing. Tao cannot be explained by words. Lao Zi also said that Tao cannot be seen; cannot be heard; cannot be touched. Tao is the Source that cannot use any words. Lao Zi said, "I give the name of the Source as Tao. The nature of water is close to Tao. What is the water of nature?" Lao Zi continued, "Water stays in the lowest part of the mountain or earth. Water holds all dirty things without complaining." The humility and big heart of the water is just like Tao.

To explain in a simple way about Tao.
• Tao is the Source of Heaven, Mother Earth and countless planets, stars, galaxies, and universes.
• Tao is The Way of all life.
• Tao is the universal principles and laws.
• Tao is emptiness and nothingness.

Many people study Tao and think Tao is nothingness. But in fact, Lao Zi in one chapter of Tao De Jing 道德经, explained that Tao is in the blurred condition; no time, no space. Lao Zi said, "Within the blurred condition, there is matter, energy, and message. I explain Lao Zi's teaching, Tao is made of Tao jing qi shen 精气神. Jing means matter. Qi means energy. Shen means soul.

Lao Zi explained the profound secrets of Tao in Tao De Jing for humanity.
Tao Sheng Yi 道生一(pronounced dow shung yee)
Yi Sheng Er 一生二(pronounced yee shung ur)
Er Sheng San 二生三(pronounced ur shung sahn)
San Sheng Wan Wu三生万物
(pronounced sahn shung wahn woo)

Tao literally means the Source. Sheng means creates or produce. Yi means one. Er means two. San means three. Wan Wu means countless things. Tao Sheng Yi, Yi Sheng Er, Er Sheng San, San Sheng Wan Wu means Tao creates One, One creates Two. Two creates Three, Three creates All Things.

Tao is the Source. Tao has its own jing qi shen, which means Tao matter, energy, and soul.

Tao creates One. One means Hun Dun 混沌 condition. Hun Dun (pronounced hwun dwun) condition means blurred condition with no shape, no images, no time, and no space. This condition has waited for time transformation. It has taken a long, long time. Within this condition, there are two kinds of energy. One is named Qing Qi清气. Qing means light. Qi means energy. Qing Qi (pronounced ching chee) means light energy. The other is Zhuo Qi 浊气(pronounced jwaw chee). Zhou means disturbed or heavy. Qi means energy. When the time transformation happens, Qing Qi rises to form Heaven. Zhuo Qi falls to form Mother Earth.

This is how oneness, Hun Dun condition creates Heaven and Mother Earth. This is One creates Two. Two creates Three. Three means Hun Dun condition, which is One. Heaven and Mother Earth are two. Hun Dun plus Heaven and Mother Earth are three. Three creates all things and all beings. Hun Dun, oneness, plus Heaven and Mother Earth join together to create all beings and all things. This is Three creates all beings and All Things.

This is the process and how Tao creates One. One creates Two. Two creates Three. Three creates All Things. This is the Tao Normal Creation.
(Tao I: The Way of All Life and Tao II: The Way of Healing, Rejuvenation, Longevity, and Immortality. I have explained much deeper and in detail about this Tao Normal Creation.)

Karma law is the law in Heaven and Mother Earth. In the two levels Heaven and Mother Earth, karma is one of the most important laws. You do good things for others, you make others happier and healthier, and you are rewarded with health, relationships, finances, children, descendants, intelligence, and in every aspect of life. If a person harmed others including killing, taking advantage of others, cheating, stealing, and more, the person will learn lessons including in health, relationships, finances, children, intelligence, and every aspect of life.

Human beings have too many desires. They want to be famous. They want to be millionaires and billionaires. They want to travel all over the world. They want a big vacation house. Two biggest desires of a human being are materialism and fame. Many people may think that is the purpose of their life. They want to have a lot of money and want to be famous. Buddha's teaching is that this kind of desire will affect their spiritual journey.

Offering unconditional service is the key to escaping karma. Even those who seek simple things such as their own health and wellness, if they are attached to their health and wellness more than serving, they can create karma and suffering. The key that goes beyond Buddha is unconditional service.

If you want to receive soul healing miracles you have to clear negative karma first. Karma is on two levels, which means Heaven and Mother Earth level. Every person has to clear negative karma first then your soul journey can go beyond Heaven and Mother Earth back to the Tao. For a human being to go beyond Heaven and Mother Earth, which means go beyond Two, return to One, and return to Tao, that is the final achievement of one's spiritual journey. To reach Tao is to reach immortality. For a human being, remember the earlier formula. A human being is on the Wan Wu level. In order to reach Tao, Wan Wu, all things have to go back to Three, go back to Two, go back to One, and then return to Tao. From Wan Wu to Tao is Tao Reverse Creation. This is the task of all spiritual beings, regardless of religion, nonreligions.

This is the highest spiritual journey. It is the highest path.

To reach Tao is the highest achievement of the spiritual journey. To become a Buddha is the highest achievement of the spiritual journey. At the highest level, Tao teaching and Buddhist teaching, holy teaching and all spiritual teachings, the highest level is to reach highest enlightenment.

The highest enlightenment is to meld with Tao, the Source. Then you become the Source. You are the Source.

The Source is you. That is the highest achievement.
